Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy 5th Birthday to me and Taylor!! I hope everyone enjoyed celebrating Jesus’ birthday. I really enjoyed singing Happy Birthday Jesus on Christmas eve in front of church with all the children and at home on Christmas Eve with my cousins! Christmas Day was fun, but a little overwhelming for me. I did really enjoy getting to see lots of family so I could snuggle and show off to everyone! New years I got to spend at my neighbors house with our best friends! It was a lot of fun! (Don’t worry of course I was asleep well before midnight!) For my birthday the Hat Man came and performed for all my friends. I LOVED IT!!! The hat man performs every year after the summer stroll (the Eastern Pennsylvania Epilepsy Foundations funraiser walk). He offered to perform for my birthday this year. It was just perfect! What is better then singing, dressing up, and getting to talk on a real microphone? Check out the Team Kye facebook page for pictures!

I have been doing very well since my last post. I have not had any seizures (my last one was March 2012!). This is my second longest seizure free stretch. Between 2009-2010 I had just over 1 year free from seizures. Interestingly I am on the lowest doses of my seizure meds that I have ever been on also. We have not decreased my medications, but we have not increased my meds since spring 2011!

This winter I am going to be starting wrap around services with the Indian Creek Foundation. Mommy and Daddy are doing everything they can to get me ready kindergarten this fall! They are going to help me to better socially interact with my peers, family and even out in the community.
